Featured Builder Program

Homes that are built in The Conservatory must be built by one of our featured builders. The builder list can be found by clicking here: Featured Builder List

The process to build a home begins with purchasing a lot or having a contract with a featured builder that includes the lot on which the house will be built. Only builders who have been approved will be allowed to build in The Conservatory. Once the design of your house has been approved, the featured builder can begin construction .

Purchasing a lot and/or a home in The Conservatory does not give you access the aforementioned amenities unless you are a member of The Club at Hammock Beach.
